De Oude Meul

A hearty welcome to De Oude Meul Country Estate and Game farm. We are situated in the beautiful Schoemanspoort, halfway between Oudtshoorn and the world famous Cango Caves on the R328. The lodge is surrounded by mountains, which together with the exotic plants of the Klein Karoo create a quiet serene atmosphere

The gardens and lawns, growing in the fertile red clay ground of this valley are a feast for the eye; a huge bonus for the tired tourist. Many a tourist has told the owners Boy and Marianne that they will never go to heaven, because they're already living in paradise!
